Reading & Writing Inc. (Advanced)

學生透過有系統的寫作練習，在文章應用及發揮不同的新詞彙，短語和創意寫作，發揮更大的寫作空間，從而令寫作文章並不會再枯燥乏味!

 

   

學生亦會透過寫作練習，掌握段落結構，句子結構和文法，從而令文章更清晰更流暢。

For learners aged 8-12. 
 

Course Objectives:

  • Review & Reinforce Set 2 & 3 sounds

  • Strengthen spelling efficiency and grammatical ability 

  • Expand vocabulary and general selection of 'Power Words'

  • Develop reading accuracy and pace

  • Develop writing initiative and style trhough modelling & guided exercises

  • Enhance comprehension & creative thinking

  • Enhance ability to proof-read and self-correct 

 

As part of our highly reputable RWI curriculum, our Orange, Yellow and Blue courses reinforce reading and writing aptitudes to ensure independent skill building in the future. 
 

Materials:
Since Orange (Level 7), Yellow (Level 8) and Blue (Level 9) are reading and writing-focused courses, we have developed a special set of workbooks especially to aid students strengthen their vocabulary, assess their reading & comprehension and improve writing versatility.

  • [QB Workbooks 1 & 2] - Comprehension, Vocabulary, Pre-writing Preparation, Spelling and Sound Review

 

If you want to support your child's development through various stages of reading and writing proficiency, we categorise our materials and activities by colour, tailoring them to each student's abilities and skills.
